From the lobby, yes, it is facing the ram going up the DASH highway. But if you are facing the pool/curve, then it is behind you. The DASH highway is on the other side of the road, so if you want to use it, then you have to make a U turn at the traffic light near BHP petrol station to go up the highway.

Well compared to my other apartment at Damansara Perdana where DASH just passes it and no where people at Damansara Perdana could use it, then yes, i think it is a better option because you can access it easily.

I am not fond of the DASH highway but we can't do anything about it so better to make the best of it I guess. I am sure it is going to be congested but it is just a ramp up the highway for people from Mutiara Damansara and Damansara Perdana folks to access it. The super busy part of the highway is still going to be around Damansara Perdana, unfortunately which is right in front of my other apartment.

And since it is on the other side of the road, i think the DASH will not really affect the peacefulness of Mutiara Damansara that badly, maybe nearer to Damansara Perdana part i would think. Well, although there are cons, there would be pros to, e.g. easy connectivity to Subang, Shah Alam, etc (although i am not a fan of that part of town).

Well Damansara Perdana will not be the same after this highway is completed. Much like Persiaran Surian before the road expansion and MRT track. Hopefully can bring some revival to the commercial area thereabout. cheers.

Totally agree! It will not be the same. Having a highway cutting through right in front of your apartment and you have no access to it sucks big time. And i think a lot of shops are moving out already because of the inconvenience the construction is causing (congestion, no parking, etc) and when its done, its going to be worse. The noise and air pollution. Sigh! I can already hear cars and bikes speeding along the highway in front of my apartment in the middle of the night.

Well, nothing that anyone can do about it. I am sure Shah Alam folks are damn happy with DASH that now their property price will rise. Those who invested a lot more in Damansara Perdana and Mutiara Damansara just have to suck it up and hope for the best i guess and hope that their property prices will not be affected.

Heard that Metropoliton Square owner will take legal action not sure against who. The government maybe? Saw a banner at the guardhouse asking more owners to come support the action.

Same case like along Jalan Jelatek. Seri Maya for example. Ppl protest like anything before this also due to DUKE 3. But nothing can be done really.

Some places need to be sacrifice for the convenience of other places. With more vehicles on the road each day, a better route access is inevitable.

I am not owner here but one of my friend is. According to him, quality is bad. But I did not get what is bad in specific from him. Maybe you have to go and view the unit and check.
