They are building the entrance to Dash Highway behind the apartment so I guess is an added bonus since you can go up to DASH from here. A U turn at the traffic light can bring you to Penchala, Dash and LDP (2 u-turns for this).

May i know whats the current situation of this condo? Passed by around 8pm yesterday but seems like only a few of the units are occupied (with lights on).
Considering about renting this place for stay |

DASH highway will turn this "used to be" peaceful high end property to match those at Mt Kiara. |
