friend, i mean UI..the TouchWiz 3 interface...and also some of the patents...not just a design of the phone
i just say out based from what i can see or feel(with my iphone 3g and SGS together)

if u trying to act "bias" then i got no point to "discuss" with u further more

i believe Apple wont simply sue Samsung without any backup..they are smart and know what they doing...

btw Apple only sue Samsung based on SGS. not really on SGS 2..
