on Revo HD 2.0.10 for 1 week..
very impressed with the battery performance i must say!

Unplugged for 8h26m.. battery left 80%

wifi on, 3G off, few whatsapp, few sms, few calls..

the battery would left about <50% at this time if i'm on stock rom with the same usage..

30 hours milestone..
with WiFi on 35% of the time.. 3G for about 30mins.. games 1 hour..

battery left 26%

considered good?

It can "play" 1080p but you wont enjoy it at all..
frame rate way too low..

seems like you dun get what i'm trying to tell..
yes, DHD can "play" 1080p, but there's NO player capable of playing it smoothly

i have yet to see anyone successfully play 1080p on DHD
720p is crystal clear enough, why would you need 1080p on 4.3" screen?

Are you sure you installed Vital Player?
mine is FREE version ler..

you'd better check again, i think you installed VPlayer instead..

Swype does wonder!
I can input incredibly fast now with Swype on my Revo HD~

Sync all your contacts to google, then delete off your phone and sim contacts..
thats what i did..

i think what he meant is he still see other contacts while selecting contacts during send SMS..
so might as well just sync all contacts to google and delete everything else..

My homescreen..

just remove everything on homescreen
and add widgetsoid at btm~

i like the clean homescreen~

for LCD technology, black or white or any other colors, they consume the same amount of energy to emit the light..
some ppl claimed that white is more efficient on LCD, which is already proven wrong..

try goto fieldtest app on your DHD to test your display, leave it all white for a while, and note the battery level drained,
then do it the same amount of time for black color and mark the battery consumption again..
they should be close, if not the same..

color doesn't conserve much/any of your battery on LCD panel, brightness does
