Just bought a Sanyo Mobile Booster KBC-L2B (5000mAh) this afternoon, tested working great with my Desire HD. The charging speed is quite fast - like charging with power adaptor directly. Ordered an Easecase customised leather pouch too yesterday night for DHD+Otterbox Defender size. Guess I really need to stop here - spending too much on DHD accessories.
