In 5 hours gone from 80% to 45%...must be something running in the background ...mine even with WiFi on (sleep time) from 12am till 5.30am drained just around 8~10% like that one

Try reinstall RM and see how...but usually i do backup from RecoveryMode menu

SetCPU widget really drains battery liao..i never use those...and yes, i think its more on memory rather than freq that causes the jerks

Install SetCPU, if not then how to set the freq liao

Well, its better to unplugged when flashing...and YES, backup your stock rom before flashing the custom one ...and for battery, 100% is preferable but if not fully charged then > 50% is ok
