It means both club agree on the contract where Milan will pay 3 times installment for Ibra and officially he is out of question from returning to former club.
Plus,he doesnt have any comitment more on Barca and believe he will ended his career with Milan now.
Thats why Mourinho need to make an enquiry toward Milan if Real interested to sign him because officially he is Milan player.
ps:these type of situation already occured on Cassano's Real-Sampdoria contract before he joined Milan.
