All I understand that the Armaya 2 (3 storey - last phase), is worth to invest property..too bad I was not aware of the lauching date, they not even advertised in newspaper ;(....
According to those who bought the house, the soft launch had already sold out all the units. I missed the chance..Understand from some of the buyers, the different between Armaya 1 & 2 are as belows:
Armaya 1( 2.5 storey)'s toilet is on top of the entrance area, some may not like it (but i think this is quite common). I am not fengsui savy but I prefer the latest lauched Amaya 2 (last phase - 3 storey), is a further improvement from Amaya 1. The only set back, they sell at higher price but with such a big build up (almost 3000 sft) & 3 storey, is really hard to find in klang valley at this point of time.
Furthermore, the balcony is not as long as the 2.5 storey ( I think it is good to have more space for room, unless you like to have a big balcony, Armaya 1 (1st phase - 2.5 storey) have a long balcony (a bid wasted in space unless the view is facing garden or lake...)
Another value added for Armaya 2 (3 storey) - the kitchen is fully extended, this can save a lot renovation cost!!! isn't it good ????
I am very keen for Armaya 2, not sure if anyone plan to sell?
