many banks offering blr -2.3 to -2.4 depending on lock-in periods & loan amount.

Currently still considering whether to take hsbc or ocbc

I suggest you explore local banks as i personally had bad experience with foreign banks. The worst part of foreign banks is they simply impose charges from time to time. I tell myself never never taking loan with them again. Just my personal experience for sharing purpose. Thanks

Local banks fast to update the BLR when BLR increase but slow when BLR decrease.

The future launch for Armaya will be RM550k (source from bb sale)

However, anyone sign S&P already?
Heard that they are calling for sign now.

Can anyone tell me when should i sign the loan agreement?
After i sign S&P or before sign S&P.

You can sign it after the S&P agreement.

I am looking forward to Armaya 2 that will be launched sometime this month.

Question2.

Can someone tell me that, the story is like this:

My banker keep on chasing me to sign the offer letter, say he will amended on the detail after i sign the offer letter.
This is due to i have some minor change such as the year of MLTA and BLR rate.

Can't he amended the agreement first and let me sign the final agreement afterward?

Why he keep chasing me to sign first?

I no even sign my S&P yet, can't he show me the final bank agreement to sign on other than this not final copy.

Only sign on the correct letter and nothing else or else if banker don't honour his word and if you cancel then you have to pay penalty.
Your banker is desperate. I am taking loan from OCBC and the service is good.

Can tell me why you choose OCBC?

OCBC gave me:
36 yrs tenure
RM10 per withdrawn
3 days notice before withdrawn
BLR-2.4%

Public gave me:
40 yrs tenure
RM50 per withdrawn
2 days notice before withdrawn
BLR-2.5% (1st yrs)
BLR-2.4%

that is the different i conclude from meeting up with both the banker.
for now, i more to public bank since i intend to prolong the tenure for easy repayment.

Can tell me also how many yrs of MRTA you insured?

Armaya 2 launching soon. Starting price RM560K and bigger build up 2900+ it's a full 3 storey.. saw the model at the sales office, nice..

Anyone book already?

At this price we expected G&G but considering the huge b/u then some might just snap it. Personally for my own stay I would go for G&G houses.
