An engine oil with high shear stability means it contains a lot of VI additives to reduce the viscosity loss over time. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hahahaha... LoL la wei... no wonder ppl at SC cannot find out where the sound coming from.. Cos they always load my car with 4-5 ppl to find out where the noise is..
