Just wan to ask, how proton service center know my car got extended warranty or not? i need to show them anything?

anybody going to Kepong Bukti Maluri Service center before? any comment? i will be going there tomorrow morning for my car complain. Squeezing sound when on air cond, left and right air cond vent got rattling sound and center air cond sometime got loud 'klok' sound.

just finish take my car from bukit Maluri Kepong service center, need to wait 1 week for the auto tensioner. My air cond vent rattling sound gone already haha..

just now i tidy up my room then i come accross 1 thing, when i purchase my PE the salesman told me my car got 5 year warranty including the EWP. But when i check the documentation, except the allianz car insurance i dont have anything black and white regarding the EWP. Will the SA ask me to show the black and white incase after 3 year warranty my car got problem? I did not have bank documentation because i not yet go take.
