Should be the Adams' one that's 250. Member's price after discount ma. Hehe.
Monoblock is better to be used with woofer cos it provides higher power per channel. The Rockford that I have is a 4 channel amp, perfect for speakers.
My personal recommendation, get the Rockford. It's a new unit, 1 week old. Price a bit high, but unless u're playing woofer, then there's no need for u to get monoblock. I also have a 12 inch Alpine Type R DVC woofer for sale at RM250 with box, to go together with the monoblock amp.
Ur choice should be primarily between Adams' and Rockford, cos both 4 channels & both can provide u with improvements to ur sound quality. The difference between that two is name, price, and power. Adams at 100 watts x 4, Rockford 300 watts x 4.
