Air filter even a kid also can install lah.. very easy one.. The spark plug need tool to install. Normally go to shop they can do it for u..

U must put with full ICE system, then include another 2 passengers at the back.. Then u tapau him.. Sure he on the spot junk his wira at roadside then walk back home ady.. haha..

Yeap. Got pick up, but top end power a bit stock standard cos rojakfied. LoL. OEM filter also the culprit lah.. Nvm 2moro I get air duster to clean the simota filter then put in again after service..

No worries.. Service as long don't exceed 2k kms on first service can d.. But where u went lah 2 days 400 KMs? 

I'm thinking ur fuel pump got problem. Mine also the same thing. Gonna have it replaced tomorrow. Before this it was fine..

Here's the story:

Just now I was at Genting Klang, line clear so thought can test 0-100 KM/h time. Shifted to L, waited for traffic light to turn green. Then go. On first gear, I pushed the gear lever to 2 at around 5k RPM, but the car sticks to L/1st gear & pushed a little more till 6.2K RPM, I had to lift my foot off the gas pedal for a while before it changes to 2nd gear. On 2nd gear to 3rd gear perfect shift at 5.5k RPM. Real 0-100KM/h time not known, butt-dyno feels that it's around 9 seconds, or maybe even less. Air-cond was off.

Why I did this test? Because I raced with a Swift Sport on Duke today. Was on my way back from D'sara, entered Duke highway. Then this white Swift Sport tailed me from behind while approaching the corner into Duke. Ok lah, then I show him what Lotus handling is like lor. Bantai corner, he was left eating dust behind. Whenever he take a corner, his car almost always understeer into outer lane. Reaching Duke, 80-140 I had the kick, pick-up was fine. But 140 onwards he overtook me with ease. Probably due to the fact that his car is lighter & have higher stock HP than mine (125HP, comparable to CPS). And that Swift was modified, exhaust changed. Hotbits stuff, can see the black lining before the muffler tip. Not sure if he piggyback an aftermarket ECU. Knowing my car have less than 100 WHP, weighs around 300 KGs more & still can smoke a manual Swift Sport with at least 125 HP at 80-140 KM/h.

Have you ever seen a small car travelling at speeds around 160 KM/h? It's scary, I tell you. Duke highway is not exactly that smooth, his car bumps & jumps on high speed very badly. He definitely invested too much on performance but didn't spend a dime on handling.

Want pagani or bmw handling. 
That time still can win, u have to shift perfectly lah.. One thing u must know that is one ur car is going fast.. all those excess weight doesnt really affect that much anymore..

It affects la Zeng.. Because of the inertia it gives u more momentum, thus harder to slow down & increase chance of hitting an innocent tree at the side of the road..

I can't agree more with that. I miss the kind of stability & cornering ability, grip that my Potenza 17" once offered me.

Sure can beat him wan la.. 17 inch really won't affect ur pick up much.. Trust me..

16 inch tyres around RM300-350 each. Toyo T1R at RM368 each.

Persona can take up to 16 inch without centre cone. 17 inch onwards need centre cone.

but pickup will lose lor...

Hi dragonteoh, welcome to LYN Persona Club V12.

For PE, the clutch level is quite high as u said, so in order to reverse ur car u'll need to press the clutch fully to engage ur reverse gear. What happens is the gear is not fully engaged, which explains why u may get some gear noises when u reverse ur car. This is normal, present in almost any manual car. But if possible, try to engage the gear fully before reversing.

Haha.. That 17 inch last time I really like.. & I wanted to change to R3 before I change to 17 inch but I thought it's a bit too expensive cos they don't take trade ins.. RM 3k one shot quite painful leh..

Hmmm... This is very subjective.. Ok, I'll put it this way:

1. Optimum tyre pressure for that set of 17 inch is 32-33 KPA if u want comfort, 34-35 KPA if u want good handling. I usually leave it at 33 to get a balance of both.
2. If the road is very rough (not potholes, just rough due to bad roadworks), then u might be able to feel the road surface a bit.
3. Leave ur pressure at 32-33 if u want comfort. Otherwise, 34-35 if u're going up Genting or thrashing corners.

Since when PE & Waja chassis same? =.=

R3 rims buy from R3 is around 480+ a wheel...
Denso plugs for campro iafm is IT20.. IK20 and IK22 are having different operating heat range.. Not suitable for our engine although the specs are the same..

ya lah cos xandras said got short pants, long leg nice but, chick watching his R3 rim poison + poison = very deep poisoned.
