How would I introduce myself? Hi!!

Indeed I am a nooblet at the lowyat forums, but hear me out for a second!.
I hope this is posted in the right area admin please advise if this kind of thing is not allowed or is in the wrong section!.

What I am interested in is to develop a body building series. Which is of premium quality and affordable.
No doubt I could get our inhouse R&D team to mirror pre exsisting products on the market and do better on their pricing. But why not try to develop a new product out first based on user input?

The best product I believe is a product made by the public. What do you guys think feasible or a ludicrous idea? What is guarantied is definitely no shoddy work of spiking products and so forth, I really despise companies which poison their consumers.

Here is a quick run down on why we are able to match pricing and develop products. Our base company OEMs premium products for numerous brands which I am not at liberty to disclose but guarantee you would notice a few of the brands. But what this allows us to do is order in bulk a serious amount of proteins every year. We are talking about several containers of the stuff like whey proteins, creatine monohydrate and so on.

no not at all. I do appreciate the reply though.

Our Wheys in this case are from fronterra New Zealand, premium stuff at a slightly higher price.

Maybe I need to elaborate a bit more, most brands do not manufacture their own products they will out source it to a manufacturer like us. To source raw material and blend their formulation for them.

Our company has been doing this for 7 years and complies with world standards for food manufacturing HACCP, GMP with our new factory in Seminyth it will comply with ISO2200 Food Safety. I dont want to step over boundaries where I start to "advertise" our company. oO yeah I forgot to add we are a Malaysian company Bionexus Status.

As of now I am interested in getting user input on Developing BodyBuilding Formulations.

Well from what I can see on the market available being 2 sets of products. Pure Whey and a Protein Type of Formulation with Creatine and Vitamin B Complexes?

I am trying to figure out what products are more preferred in a formulation, and what ingredients do you body builders look out for.

Indeed selling Whey Protein at a great price is not a problem for us and I do intend to do that. But a drink formulated to help muscle recovery with products such as D-ribose (US) can be extremely beneficial.

If the end user is aware of how useful ribose can be is another question I have yet been able to answer. Hopefully through this forum and thread get a better idea.

So as of from your reply most folks are looking for cheap whey proteins? flavoured? or neutral tasting?

Body Mass formulations are you guys looking for such things?

And I just checked our Whey is Halal.

if can get price lyk tht, its ok already. and the most important thing it has Halal certificate, which is rather rare to found except horley. other brand dun seems to have halal cause maybe all of them are imported one.

so this about we formulating our own whey protein or we just give the idea which is better and most preferable whey protein to the customer?

The Whey protein with HALAL cert is not a problem. It is pre existing.

It is great I am recieving such information i.e purchasing of Whey proteins at the going market rate.

I am more interested in formulating based on user input on the types of compounds body builders are interested in using. These would be more based on pre exsisting stocks we import, as mentioned before like d-ribose, anti inflammatory compounds from mangosteen extracts as an example.

Excellent stuff there you've got.

I guess the one I bought is re-packaged Fonterra whey. Or the seller could've bought it from you. LOL!

these things are hard to say. I will advise our company to act fast with a no frills whey protein with a spec sheet. What weights of whey proteins do you guys prefer to buy? 1kg? 2kg? 3kg? Or is it purely a budget thing say RM200 bux worth of whey protein for example?

The quickest way to pack such products is via Aluminum resealable foil bag OR cannisters of

I will advise you guys when it is available which wont be too long.

That aside I am confirming our online payment gateway so you can purchase online via credit card and get it delivered (maybe delivery free have yet to confirm), or cash if you wish and pick up from our office.

That is hard to say you can buy whey from China and US. But NZ whey you can be assured it is good stuff. A question you would ask yourself for every gram of whey how much protein is in that gram. Purity is one thing next would be amino acid profile.

That is indeed an interesting point one would expect high grade whey to be almost pure protein. Will check that out

I will give you guys a heads up, because of australia losing a lot of their cows. Whey is expected to go up and prices remain floating.

Whey proteins from the oceanic region sometimes varies in price with order no matter how much you order.
