biggrin.gif Piros ... will you believe that the Lord Himself is the Sanctifier tongue.gif He is the Only Holy One. The more He is dispensed into us, the more we are sanctified. It is not merely an act of sanctification, but the Sanctifier Himself coming into us to sanctify us ;P

"Both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brothers” (Heb. 2:11).

The Bible clearly teaches that in Ephesians 1:13 (KJV)

QUOTE
13 And when you heard the word of truth (the gospel of your salvation) – when you believed in Christ you were marked with the seal of the promised Holy Spirit,
14 who is the down payment of our inheritance, until the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of his glory.
And in 2 Corinthians 1:22 that God have gave us the Spirit in our hearts. It is than biblical that the Holy Spirit is within us.

Basically protestant are Christians who holds the Bible as it's final authority and they encourage Christians to search and read the scriptures by praying to God that he will guide you to understanding through the Holy Spirit.

The Protestant Reformation came about due to the false teachings, rituals, tradition that the Roman Catholic Church holds to which was against the Bible. The main figures who initiated this reformation are Martin Luther (1483-1546) and John Calvin (1509-1564), this 2 figures were mainly influenced by Augustine of Hippo (354 - 430) who in turn was influenced greatly by the truth in the Bible.

If you want to know what John Calvin, Martin Luther and Augustine of Hippo arguments are which originated from the bible, please listen to this free teaching sermons: Source

But do keep in mind, we are all humans and there's no perfect Church or Perfect denomination. Sometimes even Christians can be wrong, so always go back to the Bible.
