QUOTE(Taipan052 @ Mar 13 2011, 06:54 PM) yes. can apply but still have to fork out few K. in the region 1K ~ 2K. personal experience in applying full loan for EX variant. loan apply for SX. 81800K; 10% downpayment = 8200 loan applied = 81800K - 8200 = 73600 previous EX price = 75800 so you've to fork out; 75800 - 73600 = rm2200 i use previous price.. to reflect current FL price.. calculate yourself what i mean is SX 1.6..not EX...i've ask vincent and another SA from setapak branch..both of them said can apply full loan for SX...i jus wonder is that possible now SX 6speed is 85,800 instead of 81,800 This post has been edited by sam0919: Mar 13 2011, 06:59 PM

ya..im thinking to getting staff loan if 100% loan failed..qualified loan is 24x of salary...4% interest but daily rest..coz im not staying in this company long..so tats y dun wan take staff loan..if resign..car loan interest will direct increase to more than 4 % + flat rate

QUOTE(kyheng @ Mar 13 2011, 09:01 PM) Emmm.... With 4% and that amount, it is still quite a big amount, right? Service, petrol, parking, toll is something you must consider also. If were to have some extra money, the total annual cost for your car's loan installmetns shall not more than your 1.5 months salary. But the above won't apply if you wish to be a bank's slave. thats why i dont want to apply staff loan...the instalment is lower than flat rate about rm50..im about changing my job which have higher offer...so that i can afford ..actually my intention to getting full loan is becoz my car quite old...i need to fork out some cash to cover the outstanding...u know ..old car ..high interest rate...somemore maintain it..the expenses as i summarize i can afford to paying a new car instalment liao..tats y im thinking to change to a new car which can drive for 4 to 5 years... and after some research i found that forte is a worth buy...so now im looking for loan application and SA that can helps me on that

QUOTE(izputra @ Mar 14 2011, 08:54 AM) Yupp..agree on some of your points. But bro sam also got his point to justify his decision to buy a Forte by his own statements below : "actually my intention to getting full loan is becoz my car quite old...i need to fork out some cash to cover the outstanding...u know ..old car ..high interest rate...somemore maintain it..the expenses as i summarize i can afford to paying a new car instalment"It sounds like a fair points to change to a new car (especially on the summary that he has done) with extra comfort, extra safety, extra equipments + hopefully with less maintenance (considering the 5-year warranty for a Forte). Somehow for me, arguing on how others spend their money is a little bit too much..as i said, it is their money anyway ow..after i refer back to the thread only realize sth happen back..thanks for supporting me bro..btw im not trying to fulfill my personal liking to change to a new car..u can ask vincent as today i took my car for him to do valuation..he oso can c my car very old liao...about maintainence...those existing problem can fix de all fix liao ..cant fix de i oso nth can do..like throttle body ...change liao 1 time still same..what can i do ? mileage 220k..engine got sound...can i fix it ? if can i really wan but the cost is exp bro.. Added on March 14, 2011, 5:36 pmQUOTE(CyberKewl @ Mar 14 2011, 05:35 PM) if u cant wait just take the bank that he proposes which should be public bank lor..alamak...if cannot wait but want CIMB i think hard ler... if i apply myself i think cant full loan ler..coz vincent help me apply is full loan ex1.6 . QUOTE(Waachaaa @ Mar 14 2011, 10:37 PM) Meaning if u book 1.6SX can swap the 17" tyre to 16" tyre? Im interested. bro today vincent did mention this to me too when i place booking..but i dun think its available for every buyer..coz he said he has 1 of the forte owner ...going to take his sx 1.6 on end of this month ...and the buyer dun like 17 inch tyre and rims and would like to ask for swap if there are any new ex1.6 buyer...

as quoted from the SA he said the buyer for 17inch tyre + rim told that FC is 1 of the issue and another thing is that the pick up power lesser than 16" ..and also 17" more bumpy than 16" ...

that 1 i think very subjective ...some might feel ok ..some might think if compare to 16" thats the difference ...
