I guess it is older model(the 4-speed), still have in showroom, but not point of getting it.
That's the reason why I prefer 16" rim/tyres..... If to compare, Inspira is a good car also(if without those standing problems)... Before buying either 1 of them, just read more their reviews.....

Can u PM me the details of the SA and the Showroom that can provide the tyre swapping?

Thanks

Why need to PM? Good things shall share it out openly... It is the Kia/Naza showroom in Rahang, which opposite to Carrefour Seremban.

Added on March 15, 2011, 7:15 pmBTW, they are giving 2.5-2.74% interest rate....

After speaking with a few more people at some Naza/Kia showrooms in the last few days, I would like to offer some word of caution to people wanting to change their rims.

You should know that the SAs, even at those showrooms that are apparently willing to do swaps, are under no obligation to grant your request if you ask for it. As such, you should not be angry or upset if they say no to you after saying yes to someone else. In most cases, they have been able to find pairs of people who have bought EX and SX models and are willing to swap their rims. In these cases, the rims are swapped with no fuss. You can imagine that in the longer term, EX buyers wanting 17-inch rims will outnumber SX buyers wanting 16-inch ones.

Most SAs are not willing to go to the trouble of arranging rim swaps, so they just say that it's not possible. If you find one that is willing and able to do so, just be extremely grateful.

any1 got pic of the 16" rims, same design as the 17"?

actually other than slightly less fc and cheaper tire when the time comes to chg, i blif there's no other pros of swapping to the smaller rims rite

Smaller rims also give a more cushioned ride and less road noise.

And straight off the back of a Forte brochure....

EDIT - pic didn't work. Here's the link

But, it won't be that stable on high speeds and cornering. This is another setback of smaller rims...
The design are not the same. The spokes on 16" are split while 17" are solid....

Ah, thank you sir...

But frankly, I do like the old pre-FL wing mirror lights better then the new ones. I wonder if any SA is willing to do that swap whistling.gif

Hi guys, just a question. Say if the bank is to disburse the loan to the dealer on 25th, and loan agreement signed on 17th, will/can dealer actually release the car earlier than 25th?

The reason why I want the disbursement to be on the 25th is because 23rd is my payday and I want to allow 2 days in case if there is any problem in salary payout.

my case, i told the SA to deal with bank on the due date. my payout is on 26th, bank due date usually either on 15th or 28th.
even the dealer invoice is on 15th, you can ask bank to extend until 28th. you just have to pay the difference (interest for few days from 15th until 28th - one time only)

i.e:
invoice on 15th, by right ur due date is on 15th.
but the bank extend until 28th. means after 1 month plus only u need to pay (so u pay the extra day (in term of interest) before due date on 28th).usually charged on last payment schedule.

its something like that. hope u can understand as i also bit pening to elaborate. hahaha
