Don't expect that bag to be even usable. Actually, don't expect sling/shoulder type of bags to keep your laptop for this kind of serious weight.

Yes, your shoulder will snap off if you use the bag provided. Backpacks are always better in terms of comfort
also, the strap on the laptop bag provided is pretty small in width which means more pain on your shoulders

I bought the deuter Giga Flat 17
It's not cheap at all :S

@ricky: I think Sager is going full steam ahead now, considering the date today...

On another note, I seem to have minor problems on my machine.
When I turn off wireless, I run a game and close it I can't turn it back on.
The USB 3.0 port also wont function whenever I plug in an external HDD. It can be solved by restarting though. Any options to not restart my machine in order for them to work?

Nope, not the same. the promoter offered me the deuter office too, but it looked too professional.. I chose the giga flat because it looks abit geeky.
Mine was RM295 after 20% discount from RM369.

@Kahjye: They did say the NP 8130 is in high demand and will take more time right? Or was it 8150.

The reason why I got mine fast was probably because the demand isn't that high. How long has it been since payment?
Mine arrived in 3 weeks, which is pretty long as well.

You can go ahead and bank in the remaining amount just to avoid the 1 or 2 day period after it is shipped maybe.

QUOTE(jimmykvt @ Apr 15 2011, 10:05 PM)
3 and a half years ago, I bought my Dell Inspiron 1420 with nvidia geforce 8400m GS. Nowadays, I can only use low to medium graphics settings for game like Runes of Magic and Lord of the Rings Online. Games are still playable with this laptop and it has been serving me well for the past 3 and a half years. Even with my new laptop from Sager which I'm going to receive next month, I won't be expecting it can withstand all the upcoming new games with ultra high graphics settings for 3 years.

Hardware does improve and I dare to say to keep your hardware up to date is an endless mission. Today this one is new, tomorrow there will be another new one. It is just that you can be sure that the graphics card you have chosen in the top one in its series.

For example ATI Radeon HD 6970m is considered the top one in the 6 series now. Even if there is a ATI Radeon 7450 later on, it might still cannot beat the 6970 as 7450 can be considered the lower end of 7 series. So, have faith in whatever you are choosing biggrin.gif

If money is not a concern and you can change a new laptop every year, then it is not a problem lol. But if money is a concern, then believe in what you have chosen now and stay with it for 3 to 5 years which is what I'm gonna do lol

Oh my god, are you me? I used my inspiron 1420 for approx 5 years now with no graphics card, only the integrated one.

@jimmy: Heheh, probably did not read it, was just glancing through the posts because when I get back from work there are like 3 pages of text

@kahjye: They updated my status several minutes after payment(After getting back from the bank which is around 10 mins)
Just chill, they will not take your money and run away, as customers have proven...

I think the key to getting Mucro replying to mails is probably typing with extremely complicated words...

If I type it like I'm chatting on MSN or something, they don't reply to me. But whenever I type like I'm doing an essay/report, they reply to me. It kinda make sense to me, because whenever I read something like :
y u still no call me, i w8 fr ur call like 2 hrs d i mss u
I stop reading it instantly...

It will go through Mucro
Mucro installs the RAM and HDD for you if I'm not wrong. The sager box wrote that there was no RAM and HDD, so I'm assuming mucro opened my box, or something along those lines. I might be wrong
But it is only on their hands for several hours then it will be shipped based on the emails I have sent and recieved
