@Radagust, try put the bios and the flasher to a pendrive, plug it to the notebook and turn on the notebook while pressing fn + esc until no more led blinking, see if can do bios flash or not

SLi, Crossfire means have 2 graphic card cooperating to play the games...

hmm, use Process Explorer and let it run.
When you see the CPU spike, look back at the graph on Process Explorer, should have log which processes cause the spike.. |
