I think LPC-Digital does that for their payments; ordered my NP8150 from them last time using Maybank Foreign Transfer online, but cancelled the order due to me traveling away.

I just played Shogun 2...

It is by far the best game I have ever played, but on full settings with all options enabled...a bit lagging haha but quite playable.





And there's Bulletstorm.

Also a great game and runs very well on full settings.

Seriously, I don't know why you want to spam them everyday.

If they ship it they ship it. I did not disturb my order for 2 weeks, then it just automatically changes to testing and building. Constant pecking at their noses would of course make them a bit annoyed; they're still human. If I bug you everyday about doing housework, would you like it? I don't think so.

I'm not trying to discourage you, but ordering something takes time. It's not like it arrives just like that, magically appearing at your doorstep. I never seen an Ebay or online item bought, shipped and received the same day before.

Nah, no overheating here. Sager laptops CAN cool very well.

Just so you know, the laptop itself is portable; the power adapter isn't. If you want to read more, check my indepth review for the NP8150 on my signature.

I just stopped playing a 2 hour session of Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 and a 4 hour long game of Shogun 2 on Ultra settings. Max temp was 85C and average was about 70-80C. Palm rests are not even close to warm and isn't hot at all. Middle area of keyboard shows slight warmth, but nothing to worry about.

1) I do not think so, like carbonytte said, it is shifting towards online purchases and digital downloads.

2) Well, I personally think it's just average because there might be other sites that have discounts or sales in OSes.

3) I'm using this right now and it's a good drive if you have frequent programs opened; it learns your usage patterns and places your most frequent programs in the SSD while the rest stays at the 500GB 7200RPM area. In this case, my Windows 7, Firefox, Antivirus, Skype, Messenger will open as quick as an SSD but the rest will open as fast as a traditional 7200RPM drive.

Currently, the Seagate Momentus XT sits at 5.9 WEI. It still counts as a harddrive not a solid state drive.

Regarding the power supplies, laptops will need to take advantage of transforming the different voltages in different countries...because they essentially are still laptops regardless of which country is it from; you bring them everywhere around, so the charger will need to suit the environment .

What are your uses for a RAID system? And what kind of drives are you looking at? e.g. Programming/Gaming/work, 2 HDDs or 2 SSDs etc.

They might be testing it, even though its in by Monday. My laptop was tested for 3 days at least before shipped.

As a side note, my Crucial C300 SSD just arrived !

Yep I have the second type screen. It's very nice, and not regretting the purchase. However I got mine for USD90...

Gaming with full performance on battery mode is possible...if you fiddle around with the battery profiles.

From user experiences, OriginPC isn't a bad reseller though. Just maybe their prices are a bit higher...

If you're still thinking of getting the Momentus XT, I can vouch that it is a good substitute if you need space and speed. But the noticeable difference only appears when you have frequent programs running (e.g. OS, Internet etc.), where the Momentus XT learns your usage patterns and caches these programs to the SSD.

On the other hand, it still won't be as fast as a full fledged SSD.

The damn hippy traders in Lowyat Plaza didn't have the X25-M in stock when I seriously needed it a few months ago...sad

Ah, the Crucial C300. Just got that one in my laptop a week ago . It's an amazing SSD. So far nothing is wrong with it and it runs at very low temps.
