Thick bar training strengthen your hand and forearm muscles more than training with the regular bars. If you're looking for alternative fat grips, here's a way to make homemade thick bar handles for strong grip training. Mainly made from pvc, they're inexpensive and easy to assemble.

nice. the commercial fat grips are ridiculously expensive for something thats just a thick rubber case. my friend has them and they really do give your forearms an extra workout!

u always inspire me
i made wooden squat rack after seeing the guide on your page..
now i am on my way to make another one , adjustable squat rack just like the one in your page too except that im using metal pipe and maybe weld them all
been a while seen u posted a guide regarding weights homemade stuffs, thought u aint gonna post nomore biggrin.gif

Just thought I'd add it here. You can put the thick grip handles on the homemade safety squat racks to create these cool homemade dipping bars for dips! thumbup.gif
