QUOTE(Tony Stark @ Feb 17 2011, 09:16 AM) QUOTE(iXora.ix @ Feb 17 2011, 12:25 PM) vr 70-300mm = cant be AF since this lens doesn't have motor. this lens are AF 70-300G VR got SWM, 70-300G non-VR is d 1 without motorvr 55-300mm = new lens, improve local length and VR version, now are VRII vr 55-200mm = old lens, if have choice, take 55-300 so, take 55300 p/s: correct me if worng 55-300 is better than 55-200 in almost everythg, except AF speed slower than 55-200 in low light QUOTE(virginslayer @ Feb 17 2011, 02:04 PM) hi guys,i intend to get a nikon d7000 this weekend at lowyat. any idea what's the advantage apart of its high ISO? i heard many reviews that the nikon's parts are very expensive rather than others like sony and canon.cos i am currently using sony a33. false statementdepending on which item, some r more expensive than other brands Example, Canon 28-300L costs abt rm10k, but Nikon 28-300 costs 3.3k Nikon 50 1.8 costs rm370-400+, but Canon 50 1.8 costs rm300 Nikon top flash model SB900 rm1600+, Canon top flash model 58EXII rm1700+, Sony top flash model around rm1500 Sony have Carl Zeiss lenses which some cost more than Nikon or Canon equivalent lenses |

QUOTE(kathlynn @ Feb 17 2011, 02:34 PM) no, its 55-200 vs 55-300, he seem to have concluded that 55-300 is not far superior to 55-200. of coz he said 70-300 is far superior la, comparin diff league ma! He said nt much better, not 55-300 same as 55-200, so wat i said 55-300 better not wrong wat N 55-300 got better VR, longer range, metal mount, its true its better than 55-200, but i didn say better by alot QUOTE(Irfan2397 @ Feb 17 2011, 10:09 PM) Rm700 for new? QUOTE(eddy230379 @ Feb 26 2011, 12:29 AM) bro ... did eugene mentioned that if u calibrate ur 18-55 with nikon they might just recalibrate ur body instead of the lens & after that u need to send ur sigmalux to recalibrate again ??? No wor, he only say D5000 d AF is abit off centreWhen focusing on sumthg which is slanted an angle, it will not focus on d centre AF point the dot, but focuses on d centre AF point 'box' bottom line QUOTE(KTCY @ Feb 26 2011, 12:35 PM) Here, the person know my taste already.
