Btw, 10kg is not purestrenght.
And try to read the sticky or research more. I bet u dont even have a decent routine to begin with.
Training your core muscles= training for strenght.
Isolating your bicep is not pure strenght and will not get u all proportionate/nice body shape.

Ive been on starting strenght by rippletits as my starters.
Now im on 5x5.
All it needs is barbell, bench and squat rack.
Using 10kg dumbbells? Ure better off with convict conditioning. Bodyweight workout. Im not saying using whatever u had now wouldnt work. Its just not efficient.
And about barbell for body mass thingie u had in your had, bullshit. Mass vs strenght its ur workout that decides which, not the type of equipment.
