dear all, need advice on below:

Registered for VIP5 end of January 2011.

No confirmation email from UniFi until I emailed them after CNY.

Got emailed replied stating installation will take place on 22/02/2011. However 1 day before that got call by UniFi stating got difficulties (couldn't explain) and installation in pending status.

Until today, they still can't give me a tentative date for installation.

Anyone facing this scenario?
