i want to use DIR-615 as normal wifi router. possible to backup current firmware + config?

try to register with unifi agents. you will jump 1 working day of people who register online/at TM counter. with 2 installation per day, if you cut off 14 people, it's already 1 week. but you will not get 1 month free subscription.

the agents here is the real agent who have access to TM partner portal. ask them to open https://partners.unifi.my. if they have access, they can register you right away.

not true. you can't port your PSTN number outside your exchange. and unifi is totally different service, HSBC. but i think you can port your unifi number if you moved.

i think it will take years for TM to sort out their PSTN database to enable LNP.

normal lah. call unifi, witihin a week they will call you back and tell you they fixed it and you house is in their system. better if you have existing fix line, faster to check.

btw, register with agent less waiting time to install, but no free 1 month.
