I guess you need glasses. Just wear them when you're working on the pc and stuff that would require you to focus.

I have astigmatism as well, i wear glasses during lectures because whatever the lecturer writes on the whiteboard seem blur-ish to me.

But, you should consult your optician as well, he would know better
