More than .02 htt acceptable? Htt keep fluctuating even though set it at 245mhz.

Dom dom 1.7V and the winova is 1.825V

It is no way near PSC.

Lifetime warranty so dun hesitate to whack it high.

Maybe can do 7-8-7 at 2000mhz with further tightening since 8-8-8 able to finish 1M.
