do play w/ diff ram dividers, usually failure to boot can be caused by ram dividers. ofcoz there's a htt limit for every board but i seriously doubt a board will max out @ 280 HTT, that's a tad low to me. nod.gif

simply tweaks i've applied:

1. kill off unnecessary processes
2. set windows performance to best performance
3. set priority of bench program to high (not necessarily help)

diff ram = -2 points
diff chip = -1 point
diff mobo = -1 point
