Try and go to an Apple Retail store and see if they can do something for you. If its under warranty, they might replace it for you or maybe give you some suggestions what you can do or where you can go. Bring along your receipt of purchase.i bought mine from Harvey Norman.

Don't count on updates to iOS 4.3 to have multi gesture and stuff, those are rumors and as usual until it is out we won't know for sure.
