the side and rear windscreen are already UV rejecting
so do check it's transparency level
my wife korean car has all round heat/UV rejecting glass and they are rated at around 70% minimum light transmission

so for your case here, if the side/rear has 70% default light transmission, a 50% transparency tint will give less than 50% light

Confirmed not show room or test drive car ? 

JPJ related or Dealer related  or SA simply-created an excuse related ? 

How true is that? I ask my SA said can get in May or June...unless you got the latest news.

P91 : Customized Settings
You can customize some vehicle
control settings. To enter the
customizing mode, press and hold
either INFO button ( / ) for more
than 3 seconds. To change the
settings, the ignition switch must be
in the ON (II) position, and the
vehicle must be stopped with the
transmission in Park.

If you turn the ignition switch to the
ACCESSORY (I) or the LOCK (0)
position, or move the shift lever out
of Park, the display will change to
the normal screen.

If you try to enter the customizing
mode while the vehicle is moving,
you will see a ‘‘MUST STOP AND
SHIFT TO PARK TO CHANGE
SETTINGS’’ message and you
cannot change the settings.

If you want to change any vehicle
control settings, select CHG
SETTING, then press the SEL/
RESET button.

Refer to the table on the following
pages about the settings you want to
customize
(See page 92-93 of the user manual)

P94 : Customize Settings
You can customize some of the
vehicle control settings to your
preference. Here are the settings
you can customize:

METER SETUP
LIGHTING SETUP

vehicle control settings, press the
INFO ( / ) button to select CHG
SETTING, then press the SEL/

Each time you press the INFO ( /
) button, the screen changes as
shown on the next page. Press the
INFO ( / ) button until you see
the setup you want to customize,
then press the SEL/RESET button
to enter your selection.

If you do not make any changes,
select ‘‘EXIT.’’ The display returns to
the normal display.

You can also use the select/reset
knob in the instrument panel. Turn
the knob to select a setting and press
it to enter your selection.

If you want the settings as they were
when the vehicle left the factory,
select DEFAULT ALL, as described
on page 115

SA called me just now.. he quoted that the windscreen alone will cost about RM6,000.. wow.. means that i need to add another RM900 for insurance..

how about other people? how much do you insure your windscreen? how about other window?
