anyone can advice where can view a BLACK insight in KL?
So far, saw all the colors, blue, white and silver.

Am considering for my wife and she seems interested in Black. Thus would like to look at "real" black insight before deciding.

Test drove today:

Cons:
1. old fashion door handle
2. low roof line particularly at the back seat
3. no paddle shift

Pro:
1. zippy, for those who feel it kinda laggy, switch off econ mode, you will feel the difference.
2. about 8K more than a city. personally an 8K premium for this more technological advance and better specs car, worth it. Further more, its made in Japan, CBU
3. its a Hybrid smile.gif

Pudu.. I booked on klims

Hi bro,

is your new car being parked at inside the showroom?
Pudu's Honda, the one opposite Tung Shin and Chinese Maternity Hospital, right?

My wife interested in BLACK but so far no chance to look at the real car to decide...
If your unit is easily visible, might drop by later after work to take a peep..

Hope you dont mind.. brows.gif

recommended? means the SA gives you rebate or free gifts eg: tint...etc??
*
freebies are pretty standard across all HM dealers. Unless you know particular SA well. Stuff likes tint voucher, petrol, umbrellas, etc etc....

To me it is equally important as well is their human touch, their customer centric passion and excellent customer experience. Just comfortable enough for me to book with them smile.gif

If I am right, 6 cup holders:
2 @ center console
2 @ front door pocket
2 @ rear door pocket

HM seems to have taken out the below in order to price it sub 100k:
1. Paddle shifter
2. Touch screen 2 din player
3. Rear arm rest... sad.gif

I think for insight and all other CBU cars, the mileage upon delivery would be a bit more than other CKD's. Reason being I understand they will need to drive to Puspakom for inspection before registration. Not sure if I am right. Do correct me if otherwise.

Just sharing my 2 sens...

Is it revised to City level already as Bro Zero mentioned?
*

SA called me just now.. he quoted that the windscreen alone will cost about RM6,000.. wow.. means that i need to add another RM900 for insurance..

how about other people? how much do you insure your windscreen? how about other window?
*
i think should be around that range. My SA told me it will be around 5-6K (estimated-that was a week ago)
Its the 2nd most expensive windscreen in Honda's range. Just below FD2R @ 6K+... shakehead.gif

Sierra Glow and PPS are of same theory and need of follow up...

Too bad can't have Sierra, PPS, and Coating Neo together for you guys to compare. Last time I visited one by one to compare and touch.

I came across coating neo because of GA director recommend to me by showing me his Coated GTR and 599 GTB.
*
Agree coating Neo could be a class on its own...
I would say sierra glow is just another alternative to PPS apart from Neo. smile.gif

Btw, sierra glow I understand no need follow up. 5 yrs warranty. Anyway its sushiland product. So I believe wouldn't be too bad.

Anyway just my 2 Sen opinion though...

RayTech is among the best performance within budget though... I already have my 2 of my friends did it...

Ya bro Devinz, if I am not wrong, Sierra Glow can offer better price too...
*
Yea,it seems more affordable. I also haven tried all 3 so can't give review. Individual preference. But I know quite some numbers of Pug's are on sierra and city on pps ....

Personal preference again, I feel raytech are no less or better than big names like vkool or 3M. Had them on my FD and don't feel like trying out others. Will stick with them for insight as well.
