KM/L is more generic... Since you can calculate the average mileage per litre, instead of how many litre per 100 km distance, which most time you will have much more works since you won't get ngam ngam mileage in terms of 100 units (km).
As you also can see, westerners uses MPG (Miles per gallon) |

Fully syn by Honda 5w-40 is a bit too heavy in weight for Insight, not recommended.
