i think becoz using it in town, a lot of stops / start is made, acceleration from stop using lots of fuel, want to park also use lots of fuel, if on highway just little pressing on pedal to accelerate, i noticed if i used highways the km/l number is a lil bit higher

yup, that is true, however, when u release ur break the car restarts the engine, i think that consumes more fuel, therefore if a lot of stops, the car will have to restart engine more frequent too

if u r saying only in terms of 1.3 litre car,yes it is expensive, my sm4 accord 2.0 can get around rm10k, but there are lots of factor in it as well, such as cbu unit (usually priced more than ckd unit), hybrid (usually hybrid is more expensive, this is the cheapest available hybrid car, civic hybrid is also 1.3l but priced more)

i really beg to differ, if using my experience and rough calculations:
1. fill up full tank
2. use the car
3. fuel meter about half, used about 330+km
4. fill up the tank again, almost rm 30, lets say it is rm 30
5. and lets say fuel is about rm2 per liter, so used up about 15 liter
6. thats about 22km/l, on the f/c meter (and i reset trip A after filling up fuel) it says 17.9 km/l...and if calculate as correct as possble, the f/c shud be more

ive tried this before, but u have to switch gear to p to start engine, or not u'll get the honk by behind vehicle, but i think it is better to turn off econ when in traffic jam, or put gear to neutral n pull the handbrake to not stopping the aircond, especially when it is freakin hot

yeah, just tried it, but wont trigger, however did happened once when my wife still sleep in car, need to draw cash, so left her inside with lock, while queuing suddenly the alarm triggered, dunno if my wife somehow triggered it or not

btw, when can we deal with u?how to get it?prefer cod
