Dear joellim, Yes, for faster process you can send the mainboard to MSI Malaysia office. Upon receiving your mainboard, we will send you the B3 Mainboard together with the SATA3 Addon Card. Do send us the mainboard, box, and receipt. You can call us for better clarification.

kennysik88: I believe you need to call 1st so that they got enough stock to reserve for you. It may not be 1 day wait. It may take 2-3 days. It's best just to call to directly ask them.

MSI-MY,
I got a MSI mobo (MSI-P67-C45) also and want to exchange for B3 revision. My questions are :
a.) Where is your office and operating hours ? b.) It is possible to exchange for better mobo by way of top up ? c.) How long it take for exchange ? Can I get it from your office the same day I go there ?
TQ

TQ I will try to answer the 3rd question - The exchange can be immediate IF you call them up to arrange your mobo. I dunno whats the turn around time to get it ready, but once they have the product, you can arrive there and get it exchange easily. The important point is to call them up 1st

Dear Left4Dead2, 1. The operating hour is Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM 2. To exchange to a better mobo, it depend on the dealer you purchase from. You can ask the dealer you purchase from and we may make the arrangement from there. 3. mcchin answered perfectly.
Dear mcchin, Thank you very much. Cheers.
