Seems like none of the person in charge is working.

Clause 10.5 in the option agreement says we can issue notice to the vendor if no payment is made for more than 60 days. And if they don't pay within the next 30 days then can terminate the rental agreement.
Today is the end of the 60 days. That would be my next course of action. And this is only the second payment due. What a tragedy! |
