Hi, any owner mind to share what's the condition now at The Arc Cyberjaya, and what's the current lawsuit progress against developer ??

They've won the lawsuit and developer is still paying back owners by stages..hence owners are getting back their keys by stages too. This is what i saw in the newpapers and being told by a property agent there. I am looking to buy a unit there soon..

Easy way to escape for the developer. As long as can get strata title when they want to gulung tikar lah.. now too many new developments in cyberjaya.. don't dare to buy under construction. Edusphere seems like abandoned but suddenyly got new launching.. hahahhaha

suggest to buy from reputable developers instead of those ah kaw and meow developers......

Seen it.. units also got lots of problem.. pity the owners. Till now didnt get strata.. bank also don't want to finance.. only Public Bank financing.

Is it true that the majority block A of The Arc Cyberjaya got the strata titles already?

Looking for the owners of The Arc in Cyberjaya who have empty Fully-Furnished units to rent out.

We are property management in Cyberjaya, managing homestay and sublets. We currently manage 4 units (which already rente out to students and professionals) at The Arc and planning to look for more units to manage. We are not typical property agents. We help owners to manage the unit in good condition including repairing and dealing with tenants throughout the tenancy period.

Just saw the notice. After this, block A and B, visitors who wish to stay overnight, need to pay RM 10 to park inside. If not, will be clamped. Wow. this is crazy. If I knew, I won't rent here. Sigh.
