just dont hope developer case. like i mention, win lawsuit got what use? developer anytime declare bankrupt close company, who going to pay those owner? company bankrupt doesnt mean personal bankrupt mind you. same developer just open new company register other name to con again

*cyberia at beside, if u go in view, u can see more than 10security. if got money can hirer so many security, why still dont release the strata? it been over 16years. want untung management fee also agak agak la, this is too much

dont think so. like given few unit approval to shut the rest of owner mouth. as strata title involve big cost by developer and developer now wound up by court case.
