I'm also an owner of a unit in Arc residence, haven't received rental for month of May 2016 to October 2016. We should initiate legal action as a group. How do I join the wechat group.? Few people asking but no one replying to guide us how to join. Not everyone has Facebook account to join the closed group.

I think once legal action initiated they will take notice as their bankers will also sit up . Moreover they are subsidiary of listed company.

We buyers have signed agreements with Maju puncakbumi. So when you write your letters of demand or whatever legal notices, make sure you direct it to them. You may copy to Meda Inc Bhd as Maju puncakbumi is a subsidiary company. Meda is listed in Bursa . If we can engage a lawyer to act for us, the publicity resulting will make the banks sit up . And meda will also have to report to Bursa of a pending court case with their subsidiary company. I think this is the only way now to get them to pay.

I am hoping someone can guide how we can join the wechat group for the purchasers who are still unpaid for months now.
