this developer is indeed quite cash strap... for liberty arc... upon official launching... they asked all the buyers to pay the balance downpayment first before even applying for loan or their booking will be terminated... and they they only gotten their ADPL 8 months after pre launching... alot of buyers pulled out because of this issue.... and now they change the booking fees to RM15k.... but looking at the units availability... seems selling quite well after the big hassle.....It will be interesting to see Andaman come out to clarify the matter.
