Got mine today as well (Block A). This was 2 days after I sent an e-mail to Andaman. However the amount was less than what I was suppose to receive, even after deducting the maintenance fees. Anyone knows the actual breakdown?

Not correct, it less even after deducting the maintenance. Cannot be the fire insurance as that I pay separately to the bank (I just paid that). Any difference in the maintenance fee? Mine is stated as 0.253.

Can you share the e-mail address? I sent an e-mail to Vincent but did not get any reply. I want to know the breakdown charges for mine as well. You mentioned they deduct the fire insurance but they shouldn't right? My insurance is tied to my bank loan and the bank charge me separately for that. Anyone else having the same situation?

Managed to get someone from the office. However they can't confirm anything pending Lim return (tomorrow). Seems they hvae received several written notice from other purchasers as well.

Update : Seems payment will be made for all remaining units by this week and next week. Since its already past 60 days, we can write in to claim the interest (8% p/a if I'm not mistaken) for each day overdue beyond 60 days. Which is a really pathetic amount!

I just received an e-mail from them regarding the air-con installation. Anyone accepted this offer? I will reject it as they want me to bear the cost of this without increasing the GRR to make it more attractive.

Exactly, its changing the rules half-way. And what happens during the renewal term? Do they ask for more money to refurbish the aircons? I'd rather install the aircon myself after they terminate the GRR. At least at that time, I will have new aircon for tenants.

Yes, I plan to do the same as well. Been calling them at least once a week and usual excuse of being unsure when the payment will be. Btw, Meda is a subsidiary of Muja Puncak and they are just in charge of managing the GRR. I am not sure how effective it is to send the letter, i.e they can deny they received it. Still pondering to engage a lawyer or not. Anyone looking into that option?

Yeah same here, I just received my May GRR. Now need to pressure them for the Aug GRR. So tiring.
