the rental war is going on at cyberjaya now... do reconsider your holding power if for lease out.

pricing ok then go for it. property always good choice not matter for own stay or rental income

just dont hope developer case. like i mention, win lawsuit got what use? developer anytime declare bankrupt close company, who going to pay those owner? company bankrupt doesnt mean personal bankrupt mind you. same developer just open new company register other name to con again

Yeah.. buying for own stay.. nearby the kids school.. pricing is quite cheap also.. below rm300K can get corner unit.

Easy way to escape for the developer. As long as can get strata title when they want to gulung tikar lah.. now too many new developments in cyberjaya.. don't dare to buy under construction. Edusphere seems like abandoned but suddenyly got new launching.. hahahhaha

strata title? this no comment. own check how they manage the condo.

*cyberia at beside, if u go in view, u can see more than 10security. if got money can hirer so many security, why still dont release the strata? it been over 16years. want untung management fee also agak agak la, this is too much

suggest to buy from reputable developers instead of those ah kaw and meow developers......

Still looking around.. most condos or apartments in cyberjaya suits singles.. they have more studios than units suitable for family.. difficult also like this.. ceria condo sucks to the max.. they dont even follow the specifications.. measurement out!

Seen it.. units also got lots of problem.. pity the owners. Till now didnt get strata.. bank also don't want to finance.. only Public Bank financing.

dont think so. like given few unit approval to shut the rest of owner mouth. as strata title involve big cost by developer and developer now wound up by court case.

About internet, which Internet provider support there?
I checked TIME, Unifi, Maxis Fiber, it's not in coverage?

Hi, I rent at Block A. unifi, time,maxis got coverage. but TIME port already full. you can ask them first. smile.gif
