I just call, they tell the same too. I just wonder if anyone success to break the contract with them? I mean with no penalty.

Cuase I see Iproperty it is renting about RM1700 - 2000.

Read the clause 10.5 in Option agreement contract and take action accordingly. You can terminate the contract and rent out by yourself. I think the developer can declare bankrupt. It would save them at least 20K per unit rented x few hundreds of units.

Anyone is planning to terminate the contract? Or anyone has already done?
Keen to know if they charge penalty, and how they 'renovate' the unit for us. As we suppose to get back full furnish.

How come from Andaman to Meda? Andaman being the developer and Meda managing the leasing ?

it has never be Andaman project, they hire andaman for the sales and marketing only.

I will send them letter of notice tomorrow. And wait for 30 days for them to pay me all pending rental. If no action, they have breach the contract and according this clause, we can terminate the contract and rent out by ourself. At the same time, this Maju Puncakbumi sdn bhd still has to compensate us all rental for whole term. Unless they declare bandrupt.

Yes, I plan to do the same as well. Been calling them at least once a week and usual excuse of being unsure when the payment will be. Btw, Meda is a subsidiary of Muja Puncak and they are just in charge of managing the GRR. I am not sure how effective it is to send the letter, i.e they can deny they received it. Still pondering to engage a lawyer or not. Anyone looking into that option?

Anne from Meda just replied me that she has submitted to management for consideration. At the same, I'm engaging lawyer Lee from wechart to handle this.

Any owners here trying to rent out their unit...I need a whole unit for me and my wife, two working professionals..I do not want to deal with middlemen hence posting here .Please PM if any owner want to rent out directly.We will stay for a very long time if we like the place.Thanks in advance

we can straight away call him for rental collection...
