Mine Block B until now yet received the payment
Call many times to Andaman and kept saying waiting Management
and call their Manager LIM JH and ask me send the detail after a day his missing dun wan answer the call and try call again his off the phone.. feeling disappointed vmad.gif

Rental here really cutthroat ... Once I mentioned I am a working professional straight got quote RM650 for single room. My buddy who is a student got a quote of RM500 for the same type room (small/furnished/no AC).

the price is quite wise... for a room 650 is not that expensive... its better than u stay far away and get stuck in traffic and not to say petrol and toll... but i see most of the kv ppl like to drive in traffic jam... so is not a prob.... brows.gif brows.gif

Mine Block A Level 23, till now still haven't get the rental... What happen to Andaman? Emailed many times, but totally no answer....

When they tried to sell you their property, they are so fast to respond and very proactive to reach you...

Seems like none of the person in charge is working.
Wonder if can take action if no payment until 31/12/14 since someone mentioned that they have up to 2 months to make payment.
Has anyone else received payment during this last few days?
