recently my hdd tat purchase 10 day is die ,i sent to the shop i bought in kampar ,they ask me to go service center to claim ,so irresponsibl ,fine ,i m ok since i going back to KL


when i back to kl ,i cant service center info online



anyone can tell mehow to claim warranty for WD hdd ,my hdd should be 3years warranty and i only used 10 day ,then start giving me problem ,WD suck

Next time before you start moaning here , do your research first if you have no resource at all, then LYN would be your last restort.
