hey guys. do you know rashes? that always appear on your body part? but mine is not.
when at 11.00pm till morning, my body will gatal-gatal. till i cant stand so i garu. after that its becomes so red and kembung. looks like bengkak.
i've read somewhere in magazine, this skin type is most popular disease in Rome which is not serious much(they are using this disease to do some arts). sometimes when i stand under sunlight bout 5mins, my skin will start to happen again.
the most exciting is, i can write anything i want. usually i do it on my hand la. e.g i write LYN, so its shows LYN words. after 10-15mins, its will fade-ing. and appears looks like as the pictures.

here is the picture.

Bro, go and see the doctor. Let him/her diagnose you.

owh u got allergy , ur symptom is hives , u can make it gone by using corn starch in ur bath, wet ur body then apply it on ur body, then wait 15-30min, after 1 week , u will be ok.

and avoid eating food that make u allergy, like shrimp crab prawn sotong oyster aka shellfish , soybean product , peanut , watermelon.

and avoid touching animal with long fur.

and if u too gatal till cannot sleep, buy some sleeping pills , it help u sleep without scratching.

if too serious, then go see doctor, they surely know how to help u.

ok that it haha..

Your condition is called dermographism, which is a type of urticaria, or "fong mok" in Cantonese. Sometimes, you may get big, swollen patches of skin-coloured "fong mok" on other parts of ur body. It is usually aggravated by heat, stress, exercise, minor pressure/friction/scratching.

So, don't scratch it as u'll get more of it. Leave it and it'll subside. If it becomes recurrent and bothersome, u can try antihistamines like Cetirizine, Loratadine, etc, easily available OTC. It is a benign skin condition, so dun worry, but may persist for some time. Good luck smile.gif

A change of diet, clothing and toiletries is recommended.

You have to test it out one by one especially food. Try to stick to natural fiber clothing and organically produced toiletries and washing liquid for your clothes/bed sheets.

Have you been to the doctor yet? Should go since it has been so long.

I used to have a teacher who had lupus, she also couldn't go under the sun and always had rashes.

Does any of the explanation or symptoms sound like you?
Better go get a checkup.

Lupus rash is different in which it does not subside within a few hours of onset. Lupus rash only resolves with steroid cream and leaves a pigmentation. Lupus is also associated with other symptoms like prolonged fever, fatigue, oral ulcers, hair loss, joint pains and so much more. So its quite unlikely. smile.gif

My elder bro got this.

There's this one time he played water Polo for two session consecutively without showering (supposedly shower after each session to rinse off the chlorine).

He ended up warded in hospital for two days, monitored with IV, with those hives all over his body.

Yea usually it comes with other symptoms.
My bad, guess I didn't read TS's symptoms properly. tongue.gif

TS, see a doctor first and see what they say. Sometimes, we are allergic to stuff we never knew we would be allergic to. My skin is allergic to water. smile.gif

just go see the doctor and explain to him. i am sure any gp would be competent enough to diagnose your condition. basically what you need is some steroid cream/ ointment e.g. locoid cream and some antihistamine to stop your itchiness. If you keep scratching, you would end up getting an infected wound
