Hi , I'm doing squat and often when after i pushes my limit i have the feeling to puke , intake very small amount of air , dizzy and stuff . I know it is natural but can this be avoid or reduce? I often can't proceed to other exercise after the feeling of puking comes out . I always do squatting and deadlifts first for maximum effect. Please tell .

Yes I do squat in a cage , I have both safety bars(Is that what it called?)put just above my shoulders when i squatted , so I can slip out when can't do it anymore .

same to me, but only during my 1st time ever try to squat the same weight of my body. But now already ok . My advice is start with lighter weight, than add weight after u comfortable with it. Slow2 bro, no rushing.

I puked this morning during my cross training session, couldn't continue to the next rotation, is this normal? Or am I going too hard too fast?
