other rom than cm7, max is 24 hours. after that i revert to cm7 again.

if you don't use much of the sense feature you wouldn't be missing much. There's 3rd party launchers anyway. After running CM7 without sense I feel like my phone is turbocharged !! 

@volcane, try youlu address book. Great and cleaner dialer i would say. got messaging app integrated too, though i think it is still in BETA. but yeah the t9 dialer works perfectly.

512 ext is more than enough. you need to worry your internal as the cache will eventually eat it up over time. so you might wanna be changing hboot if you are s-off.

EDIT : you are s-off and yeah recommended is cm7. and dont move cache to SD as it will involve personal issues. just the ext partition the way it is.

as for CM7 features, try comparing it with Oxygen(the most stock you can see), and you'll know in the CM settings itself has much more features added, plus its getting better with each nightlies.

well you can try the latest nightlies and staying with it. every nightlies is pretty stable i would say, compared to cm6 nightlies.

if you are just trying, then try it with your current hboot i guess. yours should be the stock hboot. if you consider staying, might try the n1table hboot or cm7 hboot. see more at alpharev.nl

i flashed nightlies when i have free times, and sometimes 1 nightlies per each 10. and you can flash without wipe so no trouble flashing everyday.

Hboot is table of system,cache,data partition. we apply cm7 hboot becuase to fully utilize storage. cm7 can handle small cache. all dload data suppose to be dload at cache partition will be symlink to data partition. meaning beside system storage, all storage will become data storage.

i dont use simple2ext coz cm7 hboot give me large storage for data. plus, many application nowadays have capability to transfer to sd card. ext4 partition is known to kill your sdcard slowly..

so far my game loading fine eventhough the app in sdcard (fat32).

ermm...everybody is concerning about this...
using fastboot is way better than flashing zip file. it reduce risk of bricking.
and one more thing..do you always change your radio?
i just flash my radio if got new radio..

yeah sgs2 is great. but as i read over time, dont invest on dual core phones yet, as it will not be fully utilized yet by the devs and app developer. wait until you see more dual core phones arrive. probably 2012 you can invest on them.

one more thing bro...whats the meaning of ROM? is it by using root access were able to tweak android phone..? so these activities are consider illegal is it..? whats the main diffrences between HTC desire / HTC desire HD & HTC Incredible S..?
