From V8 question, anyone can solve or have a solution for this problem : I am currently trying very hard to figure out how to solve the freq data disconnection issue. im on latest radio 32.54. Im on DiGi unlimited data package and for work purpose I rely on push mail. So i need the data on all the time for my mails to keep coming in. What happens is sometimes the data dc. I have to always keep checking. If dc, then i use a widget to turn off and turn data on back. This is extremely troubling. Just wondering if anyone have this same issue and got a resolution ? I just realised. If u r on leedroid. Under video recording if you change to h.264 compression, 720p recording is disabled. Have to be MPEG4 to hv 720p recording. For MPEG4 with 720p, 1sec rec with audio takes up 1mb.
Just out of curiosity, is there a way to enable 720p when using h.264?

Tasker cannot be use as data dc is up to service provider. Not using any software to safe battery. Already uninstall still same. |

I did a cooling test on my desire. As I was driving, I realize weather was quite breeze and not too warm. Yet still phone was 31degrees. I set my car air cond to minimum and stuck my desire on the air conditions vent. To my surprise, phone temp dropped down to 23degress even tough it was charging using the car socket. First time in my usage duration my phone reached 23degrees celcius

after 2 months using HTC Desire, I can conclude that Desire is 1 of the best hardware I have used so far.
Only down side is, the phone operating temperature is quite high, just basic surfing can make the phone feel quite warm. When charging the temperature can shoot up to 41-45 degrees Celsius.
Other then that its a great phone.

Recently my phone, sometimes when I am surfing using Internet, or twitter, or maybe skype, when im done I click the home button, my home screen is missing, the white screen with green HTC logo comes and then it loads the home screen again (whereelse coverage and data is all still connection) as the notification bar is still there, making the phone extremely slow for around 30-40seconds. Anyone face this before ? What is the problem ?
