Anyone using RCMixHD v3.5? I'm using RCMix HD v0.14 old Fashion so I assume this version 3.5 is just another continuation from the old one? I saw another version called RCMix S v03 so I assume this one more suitable for Desire S? or Desire like us can gasak also? hehehe But quite tempted to try this ROM.. iNsertCoin HD/Z Port 2.0.1 FINEST PORT EVER.. err.. anyone used this one? is it really the finest port ever? muehehe.. @lOrDjAbU - the concept is very simple.. i dun hv SGS but i've done this on X10 just few days ago.. while the method is slightly different, the flow is pretty much the same..
To install custom ROM from a standard Desire or any other phone I believe u just need to follow this process flow.. 1. ROOT - Why? U need to hv admin/superuser access since obviously the standard ROM is secured/locked 2. FIND ROOT - Find what kind of tool to ROOT.. (that's where UnRevoked comes in for Desire & FlashTool comes in for X10) 3. INSTALL - How r u going to install your new custom ROM? 4. FIND INSTALL - Find what tool to help u install ROM (that's where ROM Manager comes in for Desire & xRecovery comes in for X10) Hope this helps..
