The only Symbian users apart from Nokia is now NTT Docomo. Samsung, Sony Ericsson all gone. They saw the writing on the wall.

Those who was in charge of Nokia, always look down on other.

Iphone came out - Who wants to buy a device with no functions, from a Californian fruit company.

Android came out - Who want to tie themselves to Google.

WinMo - Who wants the dinosaur? (For the record though, never had actually encountered a winmo virus. And this included when Atom was actually a phone).

Iphone share become bigger, still dreaming.

Now when profit margin down, marketshare down, everything down, just decide to wake up.

If we were to be frank, if we never had the good old times with the Symbian platform when they were king, we would have consigned the pile of trash long ago.

Added on February 14, 2011, 12:23 pmi was thinking to get or not to get N8 since it launched (due to its unstable software issues + power issues)...

now lagi thinking of getting N8 coz symbian will die in about 2 - 3 years time... LOLx

1. "My product code is not in the list" - That means, we don't have a schedule for it yet which is in 99% of the cases due to the fact that it's an operator specific variant and your operator has to test & approve the release. That's a schedule we can't influence and we don't know when we get that approval to then be able to publish this software version.

That chip's function is to allow transition from symbian to wp7. Elop has been planning microsoft raid on Nokia waaaay back. Damn u Elop!

I wonder can I ask for a refund for buying my N8. Noticed that there is a function detailed in the user guide but not in our N8. (smart dialer)

Plus I'm still experiencing periodical auto-reboots even after sending it to NCC 3 times and a mobo change. And also NCC forgot to update my warranty card.

I see my colleague so syiok. iPhone 3GS got problem and straightaway get a 1 to 1 exchange.

And what kind of crap PR1.1 rollout is this? Like that New UI or PR2.0 also dunno when will happen.
