Radiance and TEXT100 has ceased to be Nokia event organizer from 2011 onwards. Nokia has switched over to someone else.

Secondly, with the exception of Chan who had his phone board changed, none of the Rangers encounter any problem with firmware updates.

Thirdly, being a Ranger is nothing really. I think Nokia very own team of beta tester gets more info than we do. All we get is the phone to test out and give our feedback. There aint really anything else. We do not have news nor whatsoever 'specialised' access to sensitive information about whats going around. The only significant difference is that you get 'priority' if your phone had problem, and they will escalate it to top priority.

overall smoothness really increase, and it's getting more responsive as well, i like enhancements 

1. "My product code is not in the list" - That means, we don't have a schedule for it yet which is in 99% of the cases due to the fact that it's an operator specific variant and your operator has to test & approve the release. That's a schedule we can't influence and we don't know when we get that approval to then be able to publish this software version.
